  • How do I register?

Enrolling in one of our online courses is simple. Simply click the ‘Add to Cart’ button on the course page for the course you’re interested in to add it to your shopping cart. This is followed by the checkout screen, which allows you to enter your payment information. Once your money has been processed successfully, you will immediately gain access to your online course. We will immediately email you your course details and invoice to the email address you used to register.

  • May I study from outside the United Kingdom?
    Yes. With EduBright Academy, you’ll have immediate access to your course, allowing you to study from anywhere in the globe with an internet connection. Our courses are taught in over 80 countries globally.
  • May I purchase courses on behalf of another person?
    Yes. You may purchase the course on behalf of another person, whether a family member or a friend. Simply notify us after checkout so that we can update the course details appropriately.
  • When do classes begin?
    EduBright Academy is not like a regular college or institution with defined enrollment dates; instead, we provide entirely flexible online training courses. You can enroll in and begin your online training course at any time. You are completely in control of your own education.
  • Am I required to attend a training session?
    All courses offered by EduBright Academy are delivered entirely online, eliminating the need to travel to a training facility or class.
  • When will my course be delivered?
    After successfully completing the checkout process, you will gain instant access to your course. We immediately send your course login information, as well as a receipt for your payment, to the email address you provided during checkout. Please ensure that you enter the proper email address during the checkout process.
  • What should I do if I require assistance?
    If you require assistance during the course, please email our support team, who will be able to advise and assist you with any issues that arise.
  • Do I receive a certificate of completion?
    After successfully completing the course and passing the exam, you will receive an online PDF certificate demonstrating your newly acquired abilities and certifications.
  • How long does it take for a certificate to be issued?
    The turnaround time for a PDF certificate is 24 hours.
  • Are there any time constraints?
    At EduBright Academy, our courses are delivered online and can be completed at your own pace over the life of your course subscription.
  • Am I required to have any prior experience or qualifications in order to enroll in a course?
    The majority of the courses offered at EduBright Academy require little or no prior experience. Our courses are designed for novices as well as those with an interest in the subject.
  • Is there an age restriction on enrolling in courses?
    There is no minimum age limit to enroll in EduBright Academy’s online training courses. As long as you are able to stay current with the learning material and study at your own pace, you should have no difficulty learning.
  • How long will I be able to access my course?
    In most cases, you will have access to the course for a period of 12 months from the date of enrollment. Please go to the respective course page for additional information.
  • What if I fail an examination?
    If you fail a test, you will be given the opportunity to retake it.
